Return & Refund Policy
Final Sale Items: All clearance and closeout items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Return Window: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, including items that have been assembled or used.
Refund Details: Only the purchase price of the item is refundable. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Fees & Shipping:
A 15% restocking fee (calculated based on the paid value) will be applied to all returns.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We will provide a prepaid shipping label, and the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your final refund.
Packaging Requirement: Items must be returned in their original packaging. A $50 fee will be charged if the item is returned in a non-original box.
Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned merchandise.
