1. Shipping Methods & Delivery

We primarily use Small Parcel carriers (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) to ensure your furniture arrives quickly and directly to your door.

  • Small Parcel: Best for items under 150 lbs. No signature is usually required, and items are left at your doorstep or in a secure mail area.
  • Delivery Area: We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska/Hawaii, U.S. territories, Canada or any other international addresses at this time.

2. Processing vs. Transit Times

  • Order Processing: Most orders are processed and leave our warehouse within 1–3 business days.
  • Transit Time: Once shipped, Small Parcel deliveries typically arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as the label is created. Please allow 24 hours for the carrier to update the status.

3. Shipping Fees

  • California Residents: We are pleased to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders delivered within the state of California.
  • Other States: For deliveries outside of California, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order.
  • Sales Tax: Tax is calculated at checkout based on the destination state’s laws.

4. Damages & Missing Items (Critical for Furniture)

Furniture can occasionally be damaged in transit. To protect yourself, please follow these rules:

  • Inspection: Please inspect the carton box upon arrival. If the box shows significant damage (holes, crushed corners), please take photos before opening it.
  • Reporting Window: Any damage or missing parts must be reported to our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Photos Required: To process a claim or send a replacement, we require clear photos of the damaged item and the shipping label.

5. Cancellations & Address Changes

  • Cancellations: You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. Once an order has entered the “Shipping” stage, it cannot be canceled.
  • Address Corrections: Please double-check your address. Rerouting a package after it has shipped may incur a “Carrier Intercept Fee” (typically $30–$50, depending on your location).

6. FTC Compliance (The 30-Day Rule)

In accordance with the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule:

If we cannot ship your order within the timeframe promised (or 30 days if no timeframe is stated), we will notify you and offer the option to either agree to a new delay or cancel the order for a full refund.

7. California Proposition 65 (Legal Requirement)

Notice for California Customers: In accordance with California law, some products may contain chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm. Warning labels are applied to all products shipping to California as required.
